# No "Insert Slideshow" Option

 * I’m trying to use the native WordPress slideshow, but my media upload box doesn’t
   display the “Insert Slideshow” option that I was hoping to find there.
 * Does anyone know how to get that?
 * I’m using Chrome to run [blog.consumerbell.com](http://blog.consumerbell.com)

 * WordPress doesn’t have a native slideshow option.
 * You could use something like the Slideshow plugin though if you wanted to display
   a slideshow:

 * As far as I’m aware “Insert Slideshow” is only native to wordpress.COM not to
   a .org self install. I’d suggest you look into a plug-in for this, maybe something
   like: [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/)
