No longer saving forms

The plugin was working fine with contact form 7, however I noticed that for the last couple of weeks it is no longer saving any submitted form data, and all the previous submissions are gone showing a 0 count.

I am still receiving the email notifications and info from the contact form.

How do I fix it? Will de-activate and activate work or do I un-install the plugin?
