No Mails/Updates and wrong date

    Hi,

    i have the same problems on two different servers.

    1. The time at advanced settings is set to 01:10pm, at status it shows 03:10pm. WordPress time is set to CEST (Berlin), system time is the same.

    2. Mail and automatic updates aren’t working. Not at 01:10pm and not at 03:10pm. It looks like it just does nothing, on both systems.

    Any ideas?
