# No notifications using User Submitted Posts

 * Hi,
 * I’ve taken over a site that uses User Submitted Posts(USP). Notifications work
   fine when posted from the backend, and when the posts are set for moderation (
   presumably because they then go to the backend?) However when USP is set to publish
   immediately no notifications are sent.
 * I’ve set up notifications for New Posts and New Private Posts. Should I be setting
   up a different type of notification? Is this something BNFW should be picking
   up or is it likely an issue with USP?

 * This is most likely an issue with posts submitted via a front-end form.
