# No payment methods

 * I have installed VikRestaurants and there are no payment methods in Global ->
   Payments section. Documentation says that there are 3 pre-installed methods:
   
   [In the package you can find 3 pre-installed **payment gateways**: _**PayPal**_, _**Offline Credit Card**_, _**Bank Transfer**_.](https://extensionsforjoomla.com/help/documentation/vik-restaurants/global#payments)
 * When I’m creating a new one, there are no choices in File Class dropdown.
 * How to set up Paypal, for example?

 * The pre-installed payment methods are available only in the PRO version of the
   plugin.
 * However, the FREE version still allows you to use and manage payment methods 
   for the following reasons.
    - If you’re not interested in the PRO version, you can only purchase a payment
      method separately from our shop.
    - If you’re a developer, you can implement your own payment processor at no 
      cost.

   So if I buy for example [Stripe here](https://vikwp.com/payment-gateways/stripe)
   and upload it to my plugins, I will have a choice to get payments from the clients
   via cards?
   Just FYI, it’s very hard to understand what should I do from the plugin’s
   Admin page. I’m opening Payments section and see only “No rows found”. When trying
   to create a new one – see “No matches found” in File Class field. No notifications
   like “You must use PRO to be able…”, no buttons like “Purchase addons”, nothing.
   It’s very confusing and I wasted a lot of time on this.Anyway, thank you for 
   your answer.

 * Yes, you are correct. If you purchase and install that plugin on your website,
   you will be able to accept online payments by credit card.
 * The creation of a payment method requires the selection of a class file (driver)
   to instruct the system about the processor that will be used to receive online
   payments.
 * Thanks for your feedback anyway. We will consider to explain why the dropdown
   is empty for users that doesn’t own the PRO version.
