No Plugins menu item

    I have migrated my WordPress XoomRooms.com site successfully to Go Daddy but i still cant see a “Plugins” menu item between “Appearance” and “Users” when in the Admin panel. I have talked with Go Daddy and they can log in and see it. I have:
    1. rebooted my computer
    2. tried multiple broswers, and
    3. logged in with a completely different computer. no luck. thanks for any help.
