 * I have 200+ posts available, but the plugin does not show a single related post.
 * I’ve already cleared the cache and recreated the index but without success.
 * Is there anything else I have to think of?

 * If that can help, I have encountered the same issue, and that was simply due 
   to the max articles age (“Daily range”) settings being too low, as all content
   was older than the max.

 * Maxime, thanks for clarifying the case. This is also one issue if you only have
   old posts. In that case it makes sense to set it to a very high number
