# No “Processing order” email

 * Hi,
 * Our WooCommerce installation doesn’t send the “Processing order” email after 
   a customer buys a product. However, all other emails are being sent correctly.
   I track outgoing emails with a plugin called “Email Log”. The WooCommerce email
   settings indicate the email as “enabled”. Setting the order status to manually
   to “pending” and then back to “processing” triggers the email – it just doesn’t
   fire automatically.
 * Could this be simply a WooCommerce bug? Is anybody else experiencing the same
   issue? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 * It is a known problem after updating to version 3.
 * Version 3.0.4 is working normally(in my case).
