No redirection to PayPal (randomly)

Hello,

some of our customers are reporting that they couldn’t complete the payment with PayPal, because the popup / redirect to PayPal isn’t working. This is true not only for the checkout page, but also for the “Pay now” link that the users get via email.

This problem seems to apply to a few random users. I’ve tried with a lot of devices but couldn’t reproduce this error. However, I know for sure that it’s happening, because I’ve seen it once (over Teamviewer). That user made 5 or more orders where the redirect wasn’t working. Sadly, the user can’t reproduce this problem anymore.

I know that this is a very inaccurate error description, but I wanted to report it anyway. Maybe other users are experiencing the same issue and we can help each other.
