    Hi!
I have a Multilingual site and everything was working great until recently. I posted a blog in my main language (German) and was still working on the English translations. But when I try to find the coopy of the post in the English Site it does not show at all in the post overview, not as a draft, not not as published. I created a few more drafts as a test and none seem to show in the other languages as drafts.
    Here is the German post:
    http://www.travelling-treasures.com/blog/2016/10/05/besten-geheime-orte-in-barcelona/
Try to click on “English” (within post) and you get an error message:
    http://en.travelling-treasures.com/?p=249&noredirect=en_US
and I cant publish it from the German site.
Please let me know how I can set relationships between posts and how I can find the English post in the overview?
    Thank you so much!

  • Hi there,

are you talking about the WordPress Admin? You created a post from a Translations meta box, now you can still see it (after refreshing the page) in the meta box, but you cannot find it on the remote site itself? What happens when you click on the “Draft” link in the meta box, right behind the title?

Or did I get you wrong here?

You might want to have a look at this. Navigate with SPACE and SHIFT + SPACE.

    Best regards,
    Thorsten

    Hi Thorsten,
thank you so much for your answer. If I create a new post in one language (German) and fill in the translations below the main field, normally a draft in the other languages (English) would be created automatically, so that I only need to post it. Now there is no draft anymore.

If I create a new post manually in the other language (English) and try to change the relationship and relate it to the previous post in German, I cannot find the post in the list.

It seems as if the connection between the two pages has been broken or changed. Do you have any idea how to check what might be wrong?

    Thanks!

If I click on the link “draft” next to the translation box title, it tells me: You are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.

one more thing, that might be of importance: Lately I always have to log into wordpress again, when I switch from one site to another, I dont remember that from before.

    Hi,

can you provide us with login information to your WordPress and either database (if possible) or FTP? You can send it to [email protected].

This is nothing I can diagnose like this.

    Best regards,
    Thorsten
