Hi @jens2021 sorry for the delay, can you please provide us the output of your system check: How do I find and copy the system report in Matomo for WordPress?
Hi @varunmatomo ,
thanks for your reply:
here is the output of the system-check:
https://pastebin.com/vKR7bWBW
Note: There is a warning beacuse of WPRocket, but WPRocket was already installed before your PlugIn stopped working.
Regards
Hi @jens2021 WP-Rocket has compatibility issues with Matomo For WordPress as seen here: Which plugins is Matomo for WordPress known to be not compatible with?
Can you try disabling the archiving asynchronous mode (by adding in his wp-config.php file the following content;
if (!defined('MATOMO_SUPPORT_ASYNC_ARCHIVING')) {define('MATOMO_SUPPORT_ASYNC_ARCHIVING', false);}
And let me know if this helps.
Hi @varunmatomo – that works! Many thanks!
But it´s still confusing because WP rocket was installed all the time and i had no problems with it.
However, it´s working now and thats important. Many thanks for your help!
@jens2021 Thanks for the update. That is great to hear!
Have a great week ahead.
