No respons from support

Hi guys,
about a month ago i purchased the WPUltimo plugin and started setting up a WaaS project. Since then i have ran into 2 problems and i reached out to WPUltimo support explaining my issues. I haven’t heard from then ever.
Are they still active or is there something i should know? Did i waste my money on a plugin without any support?
