 * Hello, I’m using the plugin: WooCommerce Subscriptions and am simply looking 
   for information on how to show BOTH the subscription option and the “Buy Now”
   one-time purchase option on a product.

 * If you know how to accomplish this, we would be grateful. We spent $200 bucks
   on this plugin and are simply trying to get it to work the way we need it to.

 * You can contact Prospress, the plugin developers, by going here:

 * then choose the “Help with my purchased products” tab and select your `WooCommerce
   subscriptions` extension as shown here: [http://cld.wthms.co/hwNjqC](http://cld.wthms.co/hwNjqC)(
   instead of “WooCommerce General”).
 * It may take 24 hours for them to get back to you.
 * As for showing both a “one off” purchase and subscription options on the same
   product, the information to do that can be found here:

 * You would create each option separately, then use a [Grouped Product](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-11)
