# No shipping method enabled

 * I have all of the keys and api info entered correctly.
 * However, when we test checkout, we get this error:
 * “Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location(
   United States). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements
   please contact us.”
 * I’m pretty sure this plugin is not working correctly.
 * Any help appreciated.
