No Sidebars Defined

    Have just set up a wordpress self hosted blog. before that trying to learn things are wordpress.com blog. I’m using neo sapiense theme. Under Presentation i do have a thing called Widget but when clicked get this msg:
    “No Sidebars Defined—You are seeing this message because the theme you are currently using isn’t widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. For information on making your theme widget-aware, please follow these instructions.”

    i followed the instructions, it requires alteration in coding. I tried doing but it seems very complicated. hence i’m posting it here….can you please help?

    hi, can someone pls help? don’t know much about CSS or html, but can try? will posting my side bar css here help?

    Nope. They will delete long code.
    You can try posting your sidebar.php (not css) to http://wordpress.pastebin.ca and post back the address.

    Why don’t you just pick a theme that is widgets ready???

    can’t find neo sapien in widget ready list. really like this theme.
    have posted php script at pastebin…

    can u pls have a look at it. searched for a widget ready version of neo-sapien, can’t find it anywhere. really love this theme. pls help.

    recived help from wpdesigner forum, made changes according to http://wordpress.pastebin.ca/diff.php?id1=505720&id2=505806

    however still getting the same message, no sidebar defined….

    considering my lack of knowledge of php, i’ve no options, except changing the theme…that i don’t want to do? pls pleeeeeeeassssssssse help…
