 * I purchased this plugin a few weeks ago. I had followed the specified instructions
   using the “support ticket” channel for this plugin creator’s website, sent numerous
   support ticket requests over the past few weeks, only to not receive any response.
   I merely receive an email confirming receipt of my support ticket submission 
   but no one has bothered to answer my urgent query – money down the drain!
