Hi, in the settings for this plugin, it needs to be set to the body element. Did you try that yet?
That element has a fixed font-size.
It could still be that other elements have a fixed font-size as well, then it won’t work. In that case there might be an other plugin that will work for you.
The plugin was.’t activated or there was no widget, it is hard for me to guess 🙂

Ah yes, that is too bad. The theme has many elements set with a fixed font-size.
There will be other plugins for font-size and accessibility that do support this setup.
It would be good if you report back which plugin does work for you, it will be helpful to other people in the same situation.
