Here’s what’s going on: the featured image of the “Einnis” post is being stored in the cloud (Amazon’s AWS service, to be more precise.) * When you tell WPP to generate thumbnails from Featured Images (_Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools_) the plugin assumes that these are stored on your server( as this is WordPress’ stock behavior) and tries to fetch them. And then of course it fails and shows that ugly “No thumbnail” image instead. * So, you either move that image back to your server so WPP can use it or if you’re using the W3 Total Cache plugin you could follow [these instructions](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/311-thumbnails-being-generated-with-cdn-url/#post-5384739) to move WPP’s thumbnails into your AWS cloud storage. * TLDR; * The featured image for the “Einnis” post isn’t stored on your server but on a cloud storage where WPP can’t reach it.
