no UM forms showing

Hi,

Suddenly no UM forms are showing in the frontend of the website, like no registration/login forms.
I already did the complete conflict test, still no forms.
All the pages in the UM settings and the forms are setup correctly and the correct shortcodes on the pages are used.
Only shortcode [ultimatemember_account] is working.
Also URL https://afbouwworld.eu/user/webalot/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit is not working for updating the account information.

What possibly could b wrong here?
