    Hello everybody,

and thank you in advance for your help.

Yesterday I installed Jetpack through the WordPress app on my mobile.

unfortunately, the installation didn’t finish and now I can’t access my wp-admin anymore.

It says, that the page doesn’t exist 404 or that it has been redirected too often.

I tried to disable all plugins or only jetpack, didn’t work.

I was creating a new -htaccess, but it didn#t work.

I transferred new core files through ftp, didn’t work.

This is original post from “fixing WordPress”.

    I have no more ideas.
    Please help.

    Oliver

    Hello there, Oliver.

I too see that https://oliverjordanov.com/wp-admin is redirecting. This wouldn’t be an issue caused by Jetpack – You’ll want to reach out to your webhost to have them diagnose why your wp-admin dashboard is not working properly. This is usually caused by URL / domain settings either inside your site, the wp-config.php file, or the .htaccess file.

Hopefully they’ll be able to fix it for you quickly.

Afterwards, it would be a good idea to make sure that all of your plugins, theme, PHP version, and core of WordPress are all updated before trying to install and activate Jetpack again (your host can also help with all of that).

If you continue to have any issues with Jetpack after all that, please let us know!

    Hey Mad,

    Thank you for the response.

I checked all these with support of my Hoster already.

    Anything else I can do?

That’s all I would know to recommend – If your webhost is unable or unwilling to help, you may want to reach out to a developer to take a look at the problem for you, like Codeable: https://codeable.io

I do wish you luck in finding a fix quickly!
