I could notice the issue on your site, don’t see its due to cache. Possible to share the export of the poup, so that we could check what exact setting might be causing the issue?

Thank you for getting back to us with the pop-up export.
I checked the pop-up settings and noticed the following Custom CSS at Appearance >> Custom CSS, which was causing the issue.
/* Hide the close (X) button. */ .hustle-button-icon.hustle-button-close { display: none; }
Please remove the CSS or disable the Custom CSS option, which should help resolve the issue on your website.
