# Node – Check not working

 * Frist of all, thank you for the extension.
 * I’m trying to use balance and block checker but not working. I setted up correctly
   the infura URL API, but when clicking on te form nothing shows up. In console
   I get the next:
 * Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined
    at getBalance ((index):420) 
   at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> ((index):359) at HTMLFormElement.dispatch (jquery.
   js:3) at HTMLFormElement.r.handle (jquery.js:3)
 * I tested with https, http, with /v3/[api] and without “v3” in slug, but the form
   does not work.
 * Can I get working the form in ropsten or kovan also? (putting the right url api)

 * Most probable cause is web3.js library not included as a resource. Please check
   the following:
    1. Verify if the feature is working in the demo [https://creditstocks.com/ethereum/](https://creditstocks.com/ethereum/)
   2. Try to change the active theme to default WordPress theme (most probable problem)
   and try again 3. Check if the following script from the plugin folder is included
   in the HTML: js/web3.min.js

 * Thanks for the reply.
 * I checked all three points, and the problem still persists. It’s not working,
   the form appears but when clicking no results are loaded.
 * 1. OK
    2. OK, but not resolved the issue. 3. OK, the script is included.

 * Hello again,
 * Well, with no response from you I kept looking for the issue I had with the extension.
 * I found that it is not compatible with the plugin [EthereumICO](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ethereumico/).
   I deactivated it and now works fine. Maybe the problem is related to web3js.
 * Please, since I need both, any help to make them compatible?

 * It is a good thing that the plugin is working now on your web site.
    Unfortunately
   I can not ensure compatibility with third party plugins, such as EthereumICO.
