We run a low traffic website, and we did not realize there was a problem until a few hours ago and do not have a clear idea of when this issue started. When we initially used the plugin, all the rules were being run correctly. Now, we are unable to get the rules to work at all. The site was duplicated onto a staging server on nginx/percona from our current litespeed/mariadb site, and it was not working there too. We do have an auto apply coupon plugin, but it does not seem to be responsible since we disabled it, and the issue was not fixed.
