Unless this is related to what few newest updates that are available to the website, which would be getting applied between today and Monday, I’m not sure what to suggest here exactly.
All of our integrated security scans and routine monitoring are reporting a clean website, and we apply updates weekly, so it’s definitely not an outdated install by any means.
