Not 100% translatable

    I bought this plugin, and I’m starting to think it was a mistake.

    This plugin is only something for hobby sites, not for professional use, I expect when the feature list says 100% translatable, that is true.

    This plugin is not 100% translatable, ticket was created, the first answer I got after 4 days, but the problem is still not fixed, some important and essential words can not be translated with Loco Translate!

    First of all, we really appreciate your feedback. This is very legal to regret when you buy a product that does not suit your needs, but that does not mean our product is not serving another purpose. The whole team is working hard to build a solid foundation for each module of the product gradually.

    Anyways, one of our team members did not get any information to take further steps and make that translation happen on your site. We have official support for translation and if you need any custom string to be translated, there are files that need to be generated, .po files should be updated on your server and then .mo will do the work.

    The fact is that your plugin is still not 100% translatable, as you advertise it on your website. Your plugin is actually only 95-99% translatable.

    You even now know that your plugin is not ready to translate, and I have not yet received an update of the plugin.

    I just want the promised features, nothing more, nothing less!

    I just read in old reviews that you already had translation problems 7 months ago and still haven’t fixed them.

    It’s sad when you’ve known for 7 months that your plugin has big problems translating and nothing has been changed yet.
