Not able to process the payment

whenever I try to pay the amount through any debit or credit card, I always get the message “We arent able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. please go back and use another payment method.”

The error that you mention is likely coming from a payment gateway other than WooCommerce Payments since the error is related to PayPal.
In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
