 * Hi,
 * I updated to WordPress 3.5 yesterday. After that, I downloaded Online Backup
   for WordPress and set up encrypted backups.
 * I have lost all the data on my blog and need to reinstall from the encrypted
   backup. I was able to download this successfully as a zip file. However, when
   I try to Decrypt Backup, it says that the encryption code is incorrect. I am
   100% sure that it is correct as I had written down and it is the same code that
   I use to successfully download the backup file.
 * Thanks for your help.

 * Hi Grapevinetunes,
 * When you download ZIP file from the online vault and provide encryption key,
   it decrypts it for you. So the file you have, if it is a ZIP file, is already
   decrypted.
 * Only files ending in ENC need to be decrypted. If it’s a ZIP file it’s fine.

 * Hi Jason,
 * Thanks for the reply. Right, I understand now.
    Once I have the zip file, is
   there a simple way to upload the zip file to restore the site rather than having
   to upload the files to my server etc?
 * Thanks again,
 * Nelson

 * Hi Nelson,
 * It’s more subjective whether it is simple or not. Depending on your knowledge
   it might be more complicated. We have been working on some automatic restore
   things in the background but we’re not yet fully happy with it so the process
   is currently still manual.
 * You just upload all the files from FileSystem folder. Then you can use phpMyAdmin
   with your host’s control panel to import the SQL file in the Database folder
   into an empty database.
 * This should work fine if you are restoring to the original server you were using
   previously.
 * Jason.
