# Not Capturing Names

 * I have purchase the Cool template and have discovered that it is not capturing
   names only email addresses. I have tested it several times. Can you please tell
   me how I can resolved this issue.

 * I checked your site. It doesn’t show any Javascript errors which is what I suspected.
   I’m not sure if you are checking at the correct place.
 * Name and email list should be shown in the **IgniteUp -> Subscribers** page.
 * If it’s not saving please send us a temporary login to you wp-admin. Mail us 
   on support[at]getigniteup[dot]com.

 * Yes, the name and email addresses are showing up there. But I have integrated
   Mailchimp and in Mailchimp only the email address is being captured.
 * How can I enable the template to capture both the email address and name into
   Mailchimp.

 * You don’t have to enable anything. If you are using Cool template, it should 
   submit name to Mailchimp list also.

 * This is the whole point of my query, no names are being submitted to MailChimp
   only the email addresses. I sent you an email yesterday with a screenshot from
   Mailchimp.
