 * Hi, we installed the plugin, created the first job, but we get the 10 secs message
   and if we go to information we find:
 * Server self connect Not expected HTTP response:Status-Code: 200
    Server: nginx
   Date: Tue, 13 Apr 2021 05:11:16 GMT Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-
   length: 0 X-powered-by: Array Expires: Wed, 11 Jan 1984 05:00:00 GMT Cache-control:
   no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0 Vary: Accept-Encoding Referrer-policy: no-
   referrer-when-downgrade
 * is the first time we get this error, and we use your plugin in more than 100 
   webs .. this is a ubuntu server, plesk and nginx… can you please help us?

 * I just installed the plugin on another server and Yes, same message. NO LOG Generated,
   the backup seem not to start….

 * I put the wp memory to 256 and now it seems to work…no 10 secs message, but still
   have the self connect error message… :/

    So
   I think the loopback connection has issued since BackWPUp cannot “ping” wp-cron.
   php internally, I would suggest contacting the hoster then ask for their support.
 * Or there is another workaround solution, you can simply enable Alternative WP
   Cron:
    modify wp-config.php and before the line: **/\* That’s all, stop editing!
   Happy blogging. \*/** add this line: **define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ , true );**

 * thanks for the reply. I added the define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ , true ); but still
   having the message about the 200 response.

    yes, that
   why I said it was a workaround solution and asked you to contact the hoster about
   this loopback connection issue ^^
