# Not Exporting CSV

 * Hi,
 * I am trying to export my urls to both CSV and Output Here and nothing happens,
   it just refreshes the page and removes all the tick boxes.
 * I am running the latest version of WordPress and the plugin.
 * Can you help please?

 * very strange, there must be something wrong. Did you check the bottom of the 
   page? It will contain some useful information.

 * Alrighty Mick, I do know that you are not going to provide open access to entire
   world. HAHAHA 😛 I was just asking if you want me to investigate the issue then

   and share credentials with me, I’ll check and fix the issue.

 * Same issue.. Please let us know the solution / fix.
 * Note: after clicking “Export Now”, regardless if its CSV or Output file, it gives
   me the question: “Are you sure you want to do this?” without any other options
   nor buttons…etc, just this message
