Not getting access to pro support

I purchased NextGen Pro in december. I’m not able to login in the Pro Support login page.
How do I get my email adress recorded here?I updated NextGen/NextGenPro 2 days ago, then I added new pictures.
When I came back to the Manage Gallery pages, they all started blinking, the page reloads itself again and again, I can’t do anything.
Moreover, all the pictures appear in one the galleries in the web page, although the gallery seems not altered.
Is there anybody with the same problem? I didn’t see it in the forum.
What can I do?
