# Not getting all E-Mails

 * Hello,
 * I’m not getting all the E-Mails that were send to me by WP-Forms. For example,
   I do get an email when the form was filled out with a gmail account but I do 
   not get the emails with an own domain name (info@domain.com)
 * Can you help me with this?

 * I have the same issue, the first email receives it, but the second email I have
   input in the notification with a comma doesn’t receive it!!?
    weird

 * To troubleshoot the email delivery issue, please check that your form notification
   settings are correct using our [tutorial](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/).
 * If the notification settings are correct, the issue may be due to server configuration
   issues, and/or strict email spam prevention settings that incorrectly identify
   and block the notification emails as spam.
 * To fix this, you can use a SMTP plugin so that notification emails are sent as
   authenticated.

   and links to their setup tutorials.
