Not getting mails

    Hi, I have WP Mail SMTP set up, I get mails from the system for new users etc.

    Ive set the plugin to send set my user as 2FA for email only however when I save and ask to notify the user, Im not receiving any mail with instructions and I can log in without being challenged.

    Any ideas please?

    just tried the wizard, that sent a mail however when I got to the second last step to select the grace period, there was no button to go to the next step and all i could do was close the wizard. None of the settings persisted.

    Hello @matthewmuller

    I am sorry to read about the problems you are encountering. Let’s start from scratch.

    Can you please;

    1) deactivate the plugin
    2) Delete the setting with the setting_name wp_2fa_settings
    3) Activate the plugin and start with the wizard.

    Can you make it through the wizard and do you receive the email with the verification code the first time? If you encounter any issues during the wizard, please send us some screenshots.
