   my security code to login.. in inbox or junk

 * The auth codes are being sent by your webserver, not the CleanTalk servers. It
   is made so on purpose to be independent of the CleanTalk Cloud. I suggest checking
   if your webserver has any errors about sending emails.
 * If you want to disable the feature, please follow this guide (scroll down to 
   the paragraph “If you want to disable the Two-Factor Authentication Option (2FA)”):
