Please ensure you have all the visibility options at Behaviour >> Additional Settings set to “Keep showing this module” for the pop-up to show up when the page is reloaded.

After taking another look, I realized my earlier response missed something. The mentioned message appears when the “Never see this again” link setting is active for the pop-up. Disabling that option should prevent the message from showing up, and the pop-up will display on every page load.

I reviewed the Pop Up settings and observed that you have the option “Pop up closed by clicking outside of the Pop-up” disabled at Behavior >> Closing Behavior for this pop-up. Can you please enable the option and check if that helps to resolve the issue?

Sorry to know that you are still experiencing this issue.

I checked this on my side and confirmed that the pop-up now appears on every page visit, including after it has been closed before.

In one of your responses, I see that you mentioned that the issue is not showing up in a private window. It could be old cookie data causing the issue. Can you please try clearing all the cookies and sessions for this website and see if that helps to resolve the issue?
