# Not loading…

 * Hi,
 * I’m having troubles setting a new wise chat installation on a WordPress webpage.
 * If I’m logged in into my WordPress account, wise chat loads perfectly on the 
   webpage.
 * However, if I’m not logged in into WordPress, or if I’m on anonymous browser,
   wise chat just stays in the “loading” message and does not get on.
 * On the console I’m getting this erros
 * Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
   at 48.@babel/runtime/helpers/interopRequireDefault(
   wise-chat.min.js?v=3.1.4&ver=6.2.2:1:156458)at o (wise-chat.min.js?v=3.1.4&ver

 * I am getting this error on the site with version 3.1.5. It is only showing “Loading
   the chat …”. I have enabled debug and checked the console log but there are no
   errors showing.
