    Im
   using your app banners plugin and having problems showing the banner on Android.
   The error console is showing: TypeError: jQuery.smartbanner is not a function
   jQuery.smartbanner({
 * Im pretty sure the builder of this site has loaded jquery (1.8) after the wp_head()
   tag followed by the sites remaining scripts which i know is not the right way
   to do things but there you go.
 * It does work on iOS however.

 * It sounds like jquery is not installed. When you go into your console, can you
   see that jquery is actually loaded?
