Not loading on some mobile devices

    Hello,

    I am trying the free version and after preparing an example tour with only two scenes, I notice that the tour does not open on some mobile devices. I tested it on 2 of my iphones and it opens perfectly. I tested it on other friends’ iphones and also on Androids (recent devices) and it won’t open!

    Hi @playdiune ,

    Can you give us the image you’re using for creating the virtual tour?

    Also, just let us know which plugins you’re using on your site.

    We’ll try to re-create the tour on our testing sites and try to find out the issue.
