    Hi @bertschipperijn , thank you for contacting us regarding this issue.

    Unfortunately, we are aware of a conflict with them. Their high security filters are blocking emails from being delivered to some of the inboxes. This is a well-known issue with email routing and SMTP plugins.

    We are trying to work with them to resolve it, but as of now we do not have a fix or workaround for it.

    My deepest apologies for the inconvenience, we do our best to improve as much as possible.
