 * Where do your visitors usually access your website from? It seems they access
   your site using http.
 * In this case, you need to force the visitors using https. So, if any visitor 
   access your URL via http, they will be redirected to use https. You can try using
   plugin. Search on plugins directory “https redirect” or something. The other 
   way, you can try to contact your site administrator to set up via server configuration.
