I’m having this problem as well. I just learned from one of my website’s visitors that my chat window isn’t working on mobile. This is a BIG problem! How do we get this issue fixed? These forums and FB groups don’t seem to be much help. Is there a better way to get help to get this fixed?

Hi All, I have solved this issue for me! It isn’t anything to do with the plugin, instead it’s to do with the settings of your Facebook page. I made two changes as follows and now the plugin is working:
1) I have the domains whitelisted, however I noticed there was a ‘/’ at the end of the URL which does not appear in mobile. So I added my website URL without the ‘/’ as an additional domain. I also added http://www.facebook.com as I read some where this can help.
2) I changed my page restrictions so it was not just restricted to UK visitors – I read in the plugin documentation that this can sometimes stop the plugin rendering on mobile.
Voila, all is working at body-finess.co.uk.
