 * I processed both the photos and the site through the bulk processor and it’s 
   not optimizing the photos or the other images.

   you think should have happened, etc.
    Links to any images that don’t seem to 
   be optimizing would also be helpful. Lastly, please turn on the debugging option,
   and post your debugging information from the settings page.
