Not sure what I am ding wrong. Out of desperation, I built a new sandbox with only bbPress, bbP private groups, bbPress Toolkit, Classic Editor, Email Log and BNFW installed. I made sure they are all “enabled” checked but still sending the WP default, not the ones I composed in BNFW.

There must be something I am missing. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Hi @madflute,
    Thanks for your message.

It’s possible that bbPress (or another of the plugins) is overriding the notification. If you disabled bbPress and try to register as a new user, does the notification work as expected?

Hi, actually all that I care is to format nice notification to the subscribers when a new bbPress forum topic/comment/reply was posted so I can’t disable bbPress.

I did not know bnfw doesn’t work with bbPress.

    Hi @madflute,
No probs. You may have more luck with something like this plugin which just styles emails that are sent out, as opposed to overriding them: https://en-gb.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-html-mail/

    Hope this helps.
