# Not Receiving Code for Two Factor Authentication

 * Hi all,
 * I have two factor authentication set up on my site [http://www.boulderhaircut.com](http://www.boulderhaircut.com).
 * Up until this week, when I entered my username and password, I was prompted for
   a verification code, which was emailed to me. As of this week, when I try to 
   log in, I get to the same screen, but I am not receiving a verification code 
   in my email, and thus can’t log in. I have checked my spam folders, etc., and
   have tried every day this week to no avail.
 * Can anyone help me with this issue?

 * The only plug in I’ve installed is this one – which is a popular two factor authentication
   plugin – I can’t remember the name and can’t get into my website as it’s not 
   sending me the verification codes. Is there no way to go around this? There must
   be

 * Do you have FTP or hosting control panel access? If so, rename the directory 
   for that plugin (wp-content/plugins/thatplugin -> wp-content/plugins/thatplugin.
   xxx) to disable it.
