Since we don’t have any issues with email delivery in our environment. Usually, email delivery problems are caused by misconfigured settings or occasionally by issues on the server.
Could you please provide me the URL of the form by adding the User Notification so that I can check on my end? To add the User Notification please follow up on this doc: https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/how-to-send-a-confirmation-email-to-one-who-filled-up-the-form/

Same issue here. Used to work all the time. But does not work now for 30 days I’ve seen in my logs… Happily I still have the entries. But this has costs me a lot of money since I didn’t respond directly to these potential customers….
How to fix? Since it worked for the first 2 months, but not anymore!
Host is Godaddy btw
For the time being, I just disabled the contact form and put my email address on the website.
