 * Hi there,
 * I love this plugin – needed some conditional logic and it does just what I wanted.
 * The only problem I have is that even though I have checked “Attach a CSV version”
   I am not receiving the attachment. Everything else is coming through fine.

 * No, I just do everything as normal through the WP interface.

 * I can’t think of why this is. only thing I can think of is that the permissions
   on the server is preventing the temp file from being created. have never had 
   this problem before or had it reported. So it must be within the server or email
   side.
 * are you able to get into any PHP error logs?
