You can set the email notification email address:
– If a review is submitted on the product page: Settings > Discussion > Email me whenever
– If a review is submitted in the review form: Reviews > Settings > Emails tab > Review Reminder template > Email for Notifications.

Hello,
I’ve newly installed your plugin and I am also having issues with the review notifications sending.
They work beautifully when I do the test emails, however, when I attempt to send a “real” email by pushing an order to ‘completed’ – no email is sent.
I’ve tried manually sending from both Reminders queue as well as manually from the order screen. I also tried setting the message day to 0 days but that also did not seem to work.
I did the mailer test you recommended above and scored 9/10 on a test email:

We use WP Mail SMTP and I verified that it is working as expected:

Please create a new topic with the details of the issue, I see it does not relate to the email notification on this topic. And please include the test result when you send a test email from our plugin settings page Reviews > Settings > Emails tab > Review Reminder, in the new ticket.
