    All of a sudden, I am no longer receiving verification codes by email (I’ve checked my spam folder, resent the code, and cleared the cache).

    What could be the reason for this? And is there anything I can do to resolve it?

    Thank you very much for using our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your problem. The first step to troubleshoot this is to check if the plugin / WordPress is actually sending the code. So can you please:

    1) Download and install the Email Log plugin.
    2) Try to log in.
    3) Navigate to the Email Log menu entry. Can you check / confirm if there is a record of the email?

    Hi there

    I have the same problem, no verification email received, no matter how many times I request it. I cannot download the Email Log Plugin, as it won’t let me get passed the screen: ‘Setup the 2FA Method.’ It just keeps popping up. I think I have no alternative but to roll back the site to uninstall this plugin.
