Not receiving full donations amount

    I just received a donation of 1€ through the Give form, but when I check on my Paypal account I only have 0,62€.
    Why am I not receiving the full amount? Please help me.

    PayPal charges a fee per transaction. Or, altenatively, maybe you didn’t set the currency in your Give settings to “Euro” and it’s set at Dollars instead. Double-check your currency settings at “Donations > Settings > General > Currency.”
