I pretty sure then your access denied is set up on default, Ive noticed if i go to settings and default settings for visitors it does block access However its extremely fickled and messed up and sometimes doesn’t work should only take 5 minutes to test just go to.
1.AAM
2.Settings
3.visitors
4.settings
5.default settings on access denied
6. change the text to what ever u please
7. it takes 25 minutes to load
I also have the same problem however! It works fine on 1 page and it choses not to work on page 2 completely and one i cant change the page 3
Ive been questioning on uninstalling aam but i dont want to because the plugin is so good if it would fix that one little thing.
@nirizim and @rexmanaster,
Thank you guys for the feedback. Well redirects are tricky. They may behave differently depending on unlimited number of reasons (different hosting setup, caching, user browser etc).
AAM functionality is deterministic. If it works for one page, it will work exactly the same for other page UNLESS the other page is setup in different way. WordPress under the hood has different types of pages, each page also may be handled differently by website theme or some active plugin (keep in mind that some plugins create their own pages and apply their custom functionality, e.g. WooCommerce).
So at this point it is really hard to tell what may cause your issues. You can follow-up with us via email [email protected] as most likely we may need to get a temporary access to your website to run additional tests.
Regards,
Vasyl
